Melting potatoes


These are my new favorite sides for dinner. They take 45 minutes to cook, but it is so worth it! They come out of the oven flavorful and rich. The boys usually like to put ketchup on any potato that isn’t mashed, but they didn’t even ask for ketchup with these and both went back for seconds. They are the perfect side for anything from steak to grilled chicken, or pretty much anything in between. You’ve got to try them!
