In probably my most hilarious news of the week, I learned that exercise steps come in different sizes. I realized it’s probably going to be awhile before I can go back to my in person small group exercising. I’m lucky to have an awesome trainer and I’m able to check-out equipment and virtually attend classes. I feel silly sometimes alone in our bonus room, but I’m getting my classes in and making the best of it. With that, I’ve invested in some equipment of my own and this past week I decided to order a step for laying down to do chest presses and other bar work for strength training. I went on to Target’s website and ordered a step with good reviews. And then got said step in the mail. And then realized that it was waaaaayyy too small. The point that I realized it was too small was when I laid down on it and my head fell off the back. Which I’m still laughing about. I’m now on a quest to find a step that actually holds my head. Here are some of my other favorites of the week!
Maybe I’ll just forgo getting a step and pick up this jacket for running?
