I had leftover brie, Gruyere, and a bag of shredded sharp cheddar. I combined about a half a cup of each with my traditional mac and cheese recipe (I do a half batch) and then poured it on top of cooked bow tie pasta and added a cup of peas:
And voila! Easy pasta and peas recipe. I didn’t think the boys were going to like it, but they ate it up! The trick is to use the mini bow ties (easy to pick up with a fork) and add a bit of salt, pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of powdered Dijon mustard.
