I had so much fun doing the Valentine’s Day Banner, I decided to whip up a little St. Patrick’s Day Banner. This was sooo quick and easy and very inexpensive!

What you Need:

Four 8×11 felt sheets (I used two white, one light green, one dark green)

Four leaf clover cookie cutter

Buttons (I used the left over ones from the Valentine’s Banner)

Sewing machine with zig-zag stitch

Hot glue gun

What To Do:

With my cookie cutter, I traced and cut-out six four leaf clovers per felt square (for a total of 24 clovers). Then I just fed them through the sewing machine, end to end and sewed the zig-zag pattern down the middle. I then hot glued a button in the middle of each four leaf clover…and:

Despite a little hot glue string to remove, pretty cute!

It is a little more twisty than the Valentine’s Banner, which I like the look of. However, I think I’m going to go back and add buttons to the other side, so no matter what side is showing you get the same look!
