1 lb chicken breast
1 can diced tomatoes
Mozzarella cheese shredded
Parmesan cheese shredded
Place chicken in a crock pot top with 1-2 tbs of barbecue seasoning, diced tomatoes, and 1-2 tbs of barbecue sauce and let cook on low for 7-8 hours.
Carefully remove chicken from crockpot and chop. Preheat oven for flatbread (instructions on package). Spread flatbread with 1-2 tbs of barbecue sauce then top with chicken, some reserved diced tomatoes, and cheese. Bake until bubbly and heated through.
