Ninja bread cookiesA requested, not just gingerbread cookies this year, but ninja bread cookies. So, I made them using these cookie cutters, and this recipe. For the icing I just mixed together a bit of icing using two parts powdered sugar with a splash of milk and a 1/4 tsp (or less) of cream of tartar, and just a dash of vanilla.  And then the boys picked green and red. I found that the frosting did better to create the ninja bands if it was thinned out a bit, and I just used the tip of a spoon to make them. Easy!
