Lemon white chocolate chip cookiesBesides rice krispy treats this is one of the top requested items at our house for dessert. It’s a Picky Palate recipe that you can find here, however, I have never been able to find lemon curd (or want to deal with trying to remember to keep it on hand). Instead I use the zest of one large lemon and about a 1/4- 1/2 of the juice (not a 1/4 cup of juice, but a 1/4 of the lemon). They never fail to get rave reviews and they keep really well (although they never last long in our house).
