So I tried fish tacos this week. For my family this is taking a huge leap out of the ordinary. I used cod and I followed this recipe from Cup of Jo for the seasoning and baking. Overall it was pretty good! My only issue was that our house still smells like fish, bleh. Oh and I topped it with The Pioneer Woman’s restaurant style salsa. Make it. Eat it. My husband has estimated that it has saved us over ten dollars a month in salsa.
