I love both The Land and The Seas at Epcot because A) They are well air conditioned, and B) The rides are typically easy to walk on to (minus Soarin’) and C) They have good food choices for both quick service and table service. One of those quick service choices is Sunshine Seasons at The Land. Here is a little more about it…
Sunshine Seasons has been one of our go to lunch places since I’ve been going to Disney with my family when I was a kid. It has lots of different options and it is VERY kid friendly. For quick service you can pick from several entree options (the boys picked mac and cheese) and then get two sides from an ala carte area:
B and I went with the “go big or go home option” and had pork chops with mashed potatoes (and chocolate cake):
It was REALLY good. I almost went with a sandwich option, but I’m glad I didn’t! The key to eating here is eating early. When we arrived at 11 a.m. we easily got our food, found a table, ate, and then walked on to The Land ride after that. By the time we finished our lunch the place was packed with hardly any available tables.
Oh and the decor is really fun to look at:
