I wasn’t kidding when I said A really did not want to dress up for Halloween. Here is his first costume: I could hardly get him to keep the sticker on. So imagine how it was trying to get him into the next costume: He has the roar of the dinosaur down well. The only [...]

So two weeks ago when A was right in the middle of his ear infection that we had started treating, but before we knew we were going to have to start new antibiotics, he and I were spending quite a bit of time at home. I found these pictures on my Ipod the other day [...]

Close to the last day of each month at A’s preschool they dress up in the color they learned that month. Today was Orange Day. A was not so excited about wearing the little orange and brown plaid shirt I had for him to wear (he thought it was a jacket, and he is revolting [...]

The past two years with A we have headed out to one of the large farms on the out skirts of our city to pick a pumpkin. A usually liked part of it, but for the most part would seem overwhelmed. I have found that doing things on a smaller scale work better for him. [...]

On Monday the 17th my husband and I took cupcakes up to A for his party celebration at preschool. He was quite subdued about the whole affair, but I know he enjoyed getting to have a cupcake in the middle of the day, and everyone singing. Enjoying his cupcake!

I’m blogging this because it’s my way of writing down what I really do not want to forget! A has taken a real interest in baby Ferb (Did I mention we have nicknamed the baby “Ferb” until we come up with a real name? Because they are going to be born in…that’s right Ferbuary. HA!). [...]

Ever since we went to the Auburn game, A has decided that he needs to put on “gear” when he plays football. Here is his outfit (selected totally by A): The knit cap is his helmet and he wears the gloves because “football players need to keep their hands clean”, he told me. Throwing the [...]
