Cupcakes and Commentary

I am a home grown cook, which means I was taught to baste eggs by my Mother, who was taught by her Mother, who was taught by her Mother. If you don’t know how to baste eggs it’s difficult and time consuming and some don’t like how they taste. But to me it’s a bit like life. Difficult at times, but if your satisfied with the end product then it doesn’t matter how much time it takes. As long as you get there.
